BluePearl Pet Hospital

I would love to say I've never had to use Blue Pearl but we've made a couple trips there. The staff is incredibly friendly and caring. They know that you're panicked as well as your furbaby is in a state as well. They make everything so easy and the best thing is that they're available anytime because emergencies don't just happen during "normal" hours. I greatly appreciate the staff and services they promptly provide reassuring you as the furbaby parents and great care for your furbaby. The prices are good too! It doesn't cost an arm and a leg to get help for your furbaby. I would recommend the Blue Pearl staff and services. Jaxson, my furbaby, has visited them twice and has no complaints other than being his drama queen self! Yes, he screamed like a human baby when they squirted water on him to clean his wound. He was all into his feelings and he let them know. They took great care of him.

The veterinarians and nurses took amazing care of my dog. They gave us frequent updates and even let us come to see him when he had to stay an extra night. We had a really scary experience but the staff being so knowledgeable and compassionate made a huge difference

After our german shepard Axel ate multiple cat toys and stuffing, our primary vet recommended us to Blue Pearl. Dr. Steinke and Dr. Sheil as well as the nurses were so kind and answered all of my questions and concerns about surgery. Axel is recovering well and we now have a trusted ER to go in the future. I can’t thank them enough.

I can’t express enough how thorough and wonderful the doctors, technicians and receptionists made an extremely upsetting situation bearable for our senior boy. He was admitted for 3 days over a holiday weekend, and the front office a/c (not kennels) had gone out. I know they were all extremely busy, however they never made us feel we were being a burden after multiple visits to our boy during his stay and recovery. Both veterinarians (Dr. Russel and Dr Martinez) were incredible. Dr. Russel was wonderful, caring and made sure to make small visits with us during “visiting” hours through the weekend, which meant a lot. We could tell she really cared about her patients and wanted him to improve and get better. This also showed by how our boy gravitated towards her and her technician (he doesn’t like everyone and is skid-dish around some people). Unfortunately I did not get to meet Dr Martinez in person because of my work, however he actually called us about 2 hours after he had already left to check on our boy and spent extra time (personal time) to ease our minds after discharge. This isn’t the last call we have received as Blue Pearl called once again approx 24 hours after discharge to check on him once more. We cannot thank the wonderful team enough at Blue Pearl hospital, they really are incredible. Thank you again! Bobo Lee and family
