Bittersweet Studios

I recently took an aerial silks class at Bittersweet Studios with Dawn, and I can honestly say it was one of the best fitness experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment class started, she made the whole vibe feel welcoming and comfortable, which really helped because I was a beginner and didn’t know what to expect. If you’re even thinking about trying aerial silks, take a class with Dawn. you won’t regret it… except for the soreness the next day 😂

I’ve taken an aerial class and a Lyra hoop class here as a beginner - and they both were amazing ! Both of my teachers - Liz and Bree were great at explaining all of the moves and always made sure everyone was super comfortable. This studio has the best vibes - a great place to find new hobbies and build strength and confidence💖

I took my first class about a month ago and my experience was beyond amazing. The instructor was kind and patient, very detailed, she was wonderful with demonstrating the poses. The atmosphere was great and clean, I can’t wait to try it again

I recently had the opportunity to experience their bungee fitness class. The instructor was very sweet, and the environment was both inviting and immaculate. Initially, I was unsure about the booking process, so I made a phone call before scheduling. The person who answered was very helpful and remained on the line until my class was successfully booked. I would highly recommend Bittersweet to anyone seeking an enjoyable and unique approach to exercise.
