Went in for a walk in to check prices to just remove my outgrown gel on my natural nails off hands and feet and then was quoted 50 like I think that’s excessive. There was a women a man working here snd only one client so it wasn’t busy when I asked how much to replace gel it was cheaper from what the man said then once I confirmed that I asked about getting cat eye cause I saw a color I never saw before that I liked at this point the man got very rude After axing about how much it would all cost for the cat Eye that I wanted. This communication was only less than 10 minutes long. He said I have no more answers for you. Ask her your questions and he walked away. I no longer wanted any services at this point But I went ahead and asked the lady the questions. She didn’t seem to understand what I was saying, even though they were both having a back-and-forth conversation about the same question that I had already been asking him I decided just to leave.
NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!!!! I would not recommend this business. It is ran by a family and they are extremely rude. The last time I was there I paid for my service ahead as I wanted regular polish and. Knew I didn’t want to mess up my nails. They had one person, Mimi who is not in their family and the owners had their daughter sit behind me watching the service. She was sitting there watching the nail tech like a hawk and then when I got up started shouting about me paying which the nail tech told her wait she did before we got done. I left so quick my nails were ruined before I got out of the door. I had been there before and was unhappy but once I found Mimi I kept going back to her until this unfortunate event. They scold their employees to upsell you and will hang around to control the services.
Terrible experience. Only two people were serving all the customers quickly. Customers deserve respect and time. The man was rude and very rough when removing my gel
Very bad customer service, Tammy is very nasty to her clients and has a very unwelcoming attitude. I received a pedicure and acrylic services on my toenails and I contracted a fungus from their products. After I notice it a went back to them informing them of what happened and I was turned out. No explanation, no apology. They took zero responsibility for what happened and only said they could not assist me.
Not the best but not the worst. I had henry I think, can't remember. Some of the naila are cut a little crooked, and two nails have bumps under the Polish. (Only if you're really paying attention, you can tell.) There were two guests that had just had their pedicures done and were remarkably loud playing vulgar videos on their phones.. Remember we come here for relaxation.. Overall,I'll probably be back. They were nice to me and a good deal.
