Four years I have been looking for an artist that could deliver what I needed for my nail care and never found anyone until I found KIM my new nail artist here at Bissa nails. I recommend her 150%. She will take care of you with patient friendly doesn’t rush listens to what you need and doesn’t upsell you but instead cares about if you are happy, I will come back and keep coming back for more thank you KIM. You are the best Best really ! Ask for KIM!!! You will thank me later :)

I love my pedicure from Pawke, she is the best pedi I’ve had in years. She is very gentle with the nail file and digging/clipping, and takes her time with the callous scrubbing with the pumice (I don’t use the grater). My feet always look and feel amazing! Her personality is warm and welcoming. She is a gem!

Wish I had a better review to write but unfortunately not. I had a decent experience here but my friend’s was a whole different story. Her Nail Tech was on the phone the whole time, rushed through the pedicure, and left her with nails that she ended up crying about.. She is a very empathetic person and could see that her nail tech must have been going through something. Unfortunately though the health concerns are what is most worrisome about this experience. Her tech had Cross contamination, amongst using a nail tool to unclog a pedicure bowl drain. When we tried to talk to the owner about it she brushed it off and basically avoided the situation. She still ended up paying for service that ultimately wasn’t worth its value at all whatsoever. The tech said she gave her a “discount” but we both honestly didn’t feel like it was a heavy enough discount for all of the issues that she encountered. Attached is a pic my friend took of a nail brush that was used that seems to be moldy… Basically red flags everywhere with a huge lack of sanitation and poor customer service

The worst nail experience ever. Not only was I harassed by the girl with the tattoo on her face, she called the police and made up a story of me not paying all while still being serviced by the owner who already discussed she was taking off money for the inconvenience. “Tat Girl” proceeded to tell me “if you don’t have the money then just say that.” With a lot of other provoking and belittling words. All because I told her my nails which would be pictured below was not u to par. Not too mention the First Lady who did the nail put on got up because I told her I didn’t want to pay for long nails so make them shorter. It was literally a mess. I had 3 technicians BECAUSE I spoke up, respectfully at that. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. They are problematic in their and would make it seem like you are.
