Had a leak in the roof and reached out to several companies for emergency tarping. They were the only ones that called me back. Seemed nice enough. Just to note, it took 4 days to tarp my house. They put up a tiny tarp and charged $1000. However, before even coming to tarp my roof or even step foot on my property, they had me sign a contract. I thought it was needed for them to even tarp my house. Said they could work with my insurance to try to get the repair covered etc. This is where it get shady. Turns out they filed the claim for hail damage with my insurance BEFORE EVEN SEEING MY ROOF. Then they put that the damage happened a month ago. The damage was from an over grown tree. I asked multiple times for a supervisor to call me. Instead the sales guy would call again. I asked for a quote, never got one. I asked for the photos they took of my roof, never got it. My insurance adjuster came out and made the comment that they needed to fix the tarp as it was doing nothing to keep rain out of my house. I finally reached out to a few other roofers who were absolutely floored at how Beaver was handling this. They all said what I originally thought, that nothing was handled appropriately and they never should have been the ones to call my insurance. My contract stated that I had to cancel before 14 days in order to not get charged a percentage. I texted my original contact and asked to cancel. He ignored me. So I had to call the company again to finally get it canceled. I'll attach a photo of the tarp and the section of my house that had to be repaired.

We recently just had our roof replaced with the help of Cody Twist & his team at Beaver Homes. Cody made this experience so easy, comfortable, & was so professional. He was so responsive to all our needs & questions. I highly recommend working with both Cody & Beaver Homes. Our roof turned out great & the crew left the property as it was before & clean up was excellent. They even returned the second day to make sure & Cody followed up with a phone call as well.

Beaver did a fantastic job. I worked with Lee in sales who went above and beyond to get my roof covered by insurance. Since my roof was only 8 years old it was a tough task but they got it done. Then Rick in production got the whole crew out here and knocked out the entire roof in a day with time to spare. Dumpster got delivered last night and will be picked up the the end of the next day, whole process was seamless. If you have ANY storm damage or even think you might have storm damage, get these guys out for a free roof inspection. Best decision I have made for my house.

Beaver Home services helped me more than anyone ever before. I mean that sincerely I’ve never saved so much money in my life. Nobody really likes sales people that much.
