James & Sons Roof Repair

I found James & Sons Roof Repair after checking out four other roofing companies. At first I needed help tracking down a roof leak, and later a few more leaks showed up in other areas. Each leak was located and repaired the right way, but after another spot started leaking, I decided it was time for a full roof replacement instead of more patch work. Marc, Justin, and Braxton were honest, professional, and easy to talk to through the whole roofing project. They took time to explain pricing, roofing materials, permits, scheduling, delivery of supplies, cleanup, and every other part of the job. I stayed very involved from start to finish and they made sure I felt comfortable with each step and that the work met my expectations. I also asked about adding an extra roof membrane between the underlayment layers for better protection, especially with the heat, rain, and storms we get in FL. They looked into it carefully, explained the options clearly, and were happy to accommodate the request. That gave me extra peace of mind knowing the new roofing system was built for durability and long term performance. The finished roof now has multiple protective layers and white concrete roof tiles, which should help with both weather resistance and energy efficiency. The reroofing work was organized, the crew kept the site neat, and communication stayed strong the entire time. If you like to ask questions, stay informed, and work with roofers who are straightforward and skilled, I would definitely recommend them in Suite Orange Park. They deliver solid workmanship, respond with honesty, and make sure special requests are handled the right way.

they did an excellent job rebuilding the flat roof, nearby windows, and shingle sections on our unique home in suite orange park. justin and marc were very helpful from the start, carefully checking the roof issues, explaining what needed to be done, and putting together a clear work plan and estimate. the crew handled the roofing project quickly and with real care, paying close attention to detail in every step. we are extremely pleased with the new re-sloped flat roof areas, including the updated metal trim and drainage, the new clerestory windows, and the freshly re-shingled mansard sections. everything blends in very well with the existing roof and gives the home a clean, finished look. the improvements have held up great in the florida heat and rain, and the whole system looks strong and well-built. we were so happy with the quality of the workmanship and the smooth process that we already plan to have them return for future roofing work when the remaining roof sections need replacement. very grateful we found this roofing team.

I’ll start by saying the roofing project had a few small issues at first, including some disturbance to the landscaping and a few marks on the siding. What really stood out, though, was how quickly Braxton and Justin stepped in and handled everything right away. They were hands-on, easy to reach, and made sure every concern was fully taken care of. From the gutters up, the new roof looks outstanding and the workmanship was excellent. The crew delivered a strong, clean roofing result, and the finished roof has really improved the look of the home while giving us confidence in the quality of the installation for Florida weather and heat. By the end of the job, everything was corrected to our satisfaction and even beyond what we expected. Great communication, fast follow-through, and a roof we are very happy with. We would gladly use them again and recommend them to anyone needing roofing services in Suite Orange Park.

Very happy with the roofing service. Justin and his crew arrived on time, installed the new roof with care, and did an excellent job with the clean up afterward. I really appreciated how flexible and patient they were while I waited for other home work to be finished before setting the roofing schedule. Once everything was ready, they got me on the calendar fast and kept the whole process smooth. It is such a relief to see rainwater flowing off the roof properly and into the gutters instead of causing the problems I had before. The workmanship, communication, and attention to detail were all top notch. I highly recommend them for roof repair, reroofing, or a full roof replacement.
