First of all, my house took damage from hurricane Helene. 2 story with attached garage took serious damage. I had to go through insurance (which of course, they didnt want to pay for the fix) but with what money I had left I started looking for a company to repair the damage. Im so glad I found Family First Roofing because I had no idea how bad my house was until they came by. Family First went above and beyond with the repairs. They walked me through the whole process, got the game plan to fix my roof and also helped me pick out the best price/option for my home. I feel well taken care of, I feel the communication was perfect and the professionalism was everything I needed. They didnt drag their feet or made empty promises like ive seen other companies/contractors do. Choosing Family First was the best decision I made when it came to making my home complete again.
