I feel like me and my child got so lucky!! Kristi is just the best and really cares about the kids. She has helped my child’s meltdowns improve dramatically! Beaches nature therapy is the best of the best, I wish we came sooner!!

Based on service alone, they would receive five stars. Their occupational therapists are wonderful! Their office practices, maybe not so great. We were having an issue with our TRICARE and trying to get things figured out. Without any proper warning or even giving me a call to ask, they charged my debit card for the total. We could’ve paid it the same day, but wanted to use our FSA spending account (and they didn’t call, email or text!) this caused my family to be short on funds for a while, they would not refund the money and charge the correct card because it would “Cost them a processing fee.” A little more communication could go a long way.
