If you are looking for a Pelvic PT look no further than Dr. Isabella Burchett at Samson! Isabella was there for me through my whole pregnancy journey and I can’t thank her enough. She really demonstrates the pillars of what it means to be a DPT, her compassion and knack for service for what she does is unmatched and she’s brilliant when it comes to the women’s body and pregnancy. Every step of the way I could always count on her to answer any questions at appointments or through emails. I decided to start Pelvic PT in my first trimester, and glad I did, it allowed her to uniquely identify my impairments on eval day that I was able to continuously improve throughout my pregnancy and with her plan of care. Her thoroughness with her evaluation was very impressive and her board certification and residency training really shines through here! She also gave me very thorough labor and delivery prep and exercises to help me through my labor and her knowledge from being a doula and a pelvic PT benefited me tremendously. Delilah was also always kind whenever I went in for appointments which made the overall experience even better! The facility’s equipment is stellar and always very clean. Dr. Isabella is phenomenal! Physical therapy when I didn't know I needed it. I had some hip pain while working out but couldn't identify exactly what the problem was. I came to PT and so glad I did. Dr. Isabella took the time to really listen and ask all the right questions to identify where my pain was coming from and create exercises and a treatment plan specifically for me. The dry needling was incredible - even if it is more painful to walk out than when I walked in, haha! She is very knowledgeable, encouraging and truly cares about helping you get better. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with pain or mobility issues!

I LOVE this place!!!!! In a time when I felt unheard and dismissed by my doctors after a major injury that resulted in two disc herniations and a dislocated tailbone, I reached a point where I felt hopeless and knew I had to find my own solution. That’s when I found Samson Strength and was introduced to my physical therapist, Isabella Burchett. Isabella was the first person who truly listened to me, thoroughly explained what was happening with my body, and genuinely made me feel like there was hope. She never made me feel like I was exaggerating my pain or asking for too much. Instead, she took the time to understand me and created a plan around my specific needs and goals. I came into this feeling completely defeated, and she helped me start feeling like myself again. The personalized workouts she created for me not only helped me become stronger, but also significantly reduced my back pain and made everyday life easier. Dry needling for my overactive muscles finally gave them the chance to relax and gave me the relief I had been desperately looking for. More than anything, I felt heard, understood, and cared for. Isabella is truly my angel in disguise, and I will forever be grateful that I found her. She has made such a difference in my life, and I genuinely cannot thank her enough. On top of that, the atmosphere at Samson Strength is incredible. It is welcoming, clean, supportive, and filled with people who genuinely care about helping you improve. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has made me feel comfortable and supported. If you are struggling with pain, recovering from an injury, or simply feel like you’ve tried everything and nobody is listening to you, I cannot recommend Samson Strength enough. I love Samson! Dr Delilah and her team are so wonderful and amazing to work with! I just finished my last PT session yesterday and feel so proud of what we accomplished together. I started PT with Samson back in October 2024. I had two separate issues I wanted to address - a knee injury from skiing and wear/tear on my shoulder from my sport. Now, my knee is back to 100% for the first time since my injury- which I didn’t think was possible- and my shoulder is remarkably better. Samson gave me the tools to get to this point and the best part is that I get to take those tools and use them going forward on my own. I feel so much more strength and stability in body compared to when I first started physical therapy. Samson was so amazing guiding me through this process, and I know I couldn’t have gotten these results without them. They are so professional and responsive - they stick with you every step of the way. If you are thinking about trying PT or strength training, definitely go to Samson!
