Core Essentials Physical Therapy & Wellness, LLC

I’m so grateful to have been recommended to Core Essentials Physical Therapy. Everyone there is friendly and has made me feel comfortable. Dr. Jess has helped with my lymphadema and I feel like I have full range of motion. The treatments are stress-free and I really notice a difference. I look forward to each appointment knowing I will get kind treatment and also very effective care. I highly recommend Core Essential Physical Therapy

Oh. My. Goodness. Dr. Jess is indescribably knowledgeable and overly capable. On multiple occasions I flew to Florida solely for her care, while living in nyc/boston. I’m extremely confident to say there is nobody like Jess out there who will be as receptive to your pain, organized and motivated to solve it, and introduce you to a level of healing beyond just physical tissues but also mentally feeling stronger and capable of getting back into whatever movement level you had in mind. As an elite athlete, I’ve been to my handful of highly recommended and respected “sports physical therapists” and each time I left their offices missing Jess. One of my favorite parts about her care, is that she explains everything she’s doing to help you feel better and WHY it works, so that not only do you have a level of understanding beneath your injury/pain, you can recreate the treatment on your own (most of the time!) and aren’t reliant on PT every day of the week. I cannot think of enough good things to say about this woman. If you have the miracle of stumbling upon this pt/ this post, first thing you should do is look up from the screen and say a prayer thanking god or whoever you believe in for allowing you to find her, because she is truly one of a kind.

Core Essentials and all of the employs and professionals are EPIC! They constantly go above and beyond to help their patients and clients. This approach to health and wellness is not always prevalent……..but emphasized in the forefront of everything with Core Essentials. The BEST! Thank you for everything. Angela/Wanda ❤️

I’ve had shoulder blade pain my entire adult life and always figured it was just part of how I’m made. After seeing the success my mom has experienced at Core Essentials, I figured I’d give it a shot. Dr. Jess took one look at me and instantly saw the problem and developed a plan to eliminate the pain for good with personalized strength training. I almost cried! No more pain! Her one-on-one approach and manual therapy are worth every penny, and it’s why she’s so in demand. Dr. Jess and I connected over our shared love of running and she even recommended better in soles for me. Now I can run long distances without the pain always in the back of my head. Thank you Core Essentials!
