Some of the most caring and encouraging women I have ever met. The challenges every month are phenomenal. I have lost 20 pounds doing three of the monthly challenges so far! They have a variety of classes too, from kickboxing, to Pilates, to heated yoga. There’s something for everyone and it’s always a great time.
I had fallen out of any kind of fitness routine for a while and was really nervous about trying to get back into it. I’m SO glad I found Peach Beach! The classes are fun, easy to follow, while being challenging in the best way! I have on scale victories but my off scale victories are my favorite, I’m more confident, my mood is better, and I’ve fallen in love with fitness again. The instructors are amazing and everyone I’ve met in the classes has been great. I love my fitness fam! -Cricket
