great until they weren’t :( i’ve been coming to this vet since i adopted my two kittens at roughly 7 wk old. i loved the staff & they were kind and supportive at first! we had all of our shots done here! but sadly, they totally made a pricing mistake. the staff didn’t know how to handle this situation either. they always request to record conversations for their records which is awesome. as i was prepping for their fixes soon, i had asked one of the nurses to provide a quote. she claimed for both cats, we’d be looking at around $500 for both cats. emphasis on BOTH. great! i worked that into my budget and was ready. she even claimed “it’s much cheaper to pay the fixes out of pocket, versus buying our monthly plan” unfortunately that wasn’t true :( i would have paid for the monthly plan if she was more educated on pricing quotation. although i understand this is just a “quote”.. the final bill was $950.00. super far off. :( when i advised the staff ill be leaving, the receptionist said “well other places have cheaper options if it’s a financial issue”. uh oh! not cool girlfriend. as someone who works in client services, you NEVER assume one’s financial situation! i explained to her that if the quote was $2000.00, that didn’t matter! i would’ve planned for it. it’s the principle of knowing what you’re talking about. not saying don’t trust them, but keep your guard up! i’ve seen the owner continuously clock people in the other reviews as well. i don’t need any sort of apology or clap back here. just a young woman tryna make it & let others know. NO HATE.
The entire staff was absolutely amazing! My son’s cat had a medical emergency and they got us in within an hour and a half of my phone call. They were so kind-everyone from the front desk, the vet tech’s, and the vet himself. They explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood how to give the meds. You can tell they love what they do and that they go above and beyond to care for both animals and their pet owners. I am deeply grateful. I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️!
We were stuck in a sticky situation with another vet clinic that told us they could do Hawaii pet certificates (on military PCS orders) over the phone, we get there and the doctor said she wouldn’t do it. I searched online for USDA credited vets near us after being let down by that previous clinic, this company popped up. I received a phone call and they immediately got us in with no hesitation! Knew exactly what they were talking about- I don’t remember her name that does the certificates but she was a BLESSING! We fly out in a couple days and needed this done. Informative, helpful, & patient with us during the whole visit. Even answered questions before the appointment. Thank you!!! So much. Now we can bring our fur babies stress free to Hawaii 🩷🩵
I’ve taken my min pin to this location same veterinarian Dr Ayo since 2017 and he is fantastic. He performed two big surgeries over the years with great success, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, when I need something they make it happen quick. Thank you so much!!!
The entire staff is wonderful and takes exceptional care of my cat. Because of his health issues, he visits regularly, and each time they provide outstanding care and attention. They treat him like royalty, and we are incredibly grateful for their compassion, professionalism, and dedication. We couldn’t ask for a better team to care for him. We are beyond grateful for everything they do.
