Ana always does an amazing job on my lashes and brows she’s truly the best at what she does. Julie also did my hair, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I had a very disappointing experience with Caitlyn on April 18th. I came in for an all-over blonde but instead received a balayage I did not ask for. The result is uneven, with multiple tones that look unblended and messy. More concerning, my hair was severely overprocessed. The bleaching left my lengths burned, dry, and fragile — damage I’ve never experienced before, despite being blonde many times. I specifically asked for careful monitoring to avoid this, which clearly did not happen. To their credit, I was issued a refund. However, that does not fix the condition my hair is now in. It has been over 10 days, and despite trying treatments, the damage remains. I am now likely facing cutting a significant amount of my hair. What also felt unprofessional was the lack of transparency around pricing beforehand, and the response afterward. When I asked if they could make any effort to help repair or improve the damage, the interaction was dismissive and rude. I walked in with healthy, thick hair and left with severely compromised hair that may take years to recover. As someone experienced with salon services and on-camera work, I understand the level of care required — and this fell far below that standard. I would not recommend!
