My debit card was compromised and Layla Henderson, Customer Service, informed me immediately. She quickly shut down my account rendering my debit card invalid. I went to my local branch and Tracy Errolino got me a new debit card efficiently and with a smile. My BankOZK has my back! Thanks!

Bank OZK has superb customer service! Special shoutout to Tiffany and all the staff at Argyle, Jacksonville branch. Thank you all. Highly recommended!
This is our go to bank and preferred branch. Tracy(teller and Tiffany(banker) are both great. No long waits. Very knowledgable about interest rates. Very competitive CD rates. They recognize us when we come in the door.
The clerk tried to help me understand why both of my debit cards were hot-carded and that the only branch of this bank to have Saturday hours doesn’t include getting replacement cards. Lame excuses and disingenuous body language left me feeling like I should be looking for another bank. Customer service in this location pales in comparison to the branch I was first acquainted with after relocating to Florida from Georgia, the Mandarin branch.
