My regular nail lady at another place is out of town and I figured why not try a new spot. My pedicure was 10/10. She did an amazing job. Now for my nails. Another story. I showed a picture of what I wanted a few times. He did my nails and I’m not one to ask or question their job. I noticed the nails were clear and I asked “ is it pink and he said yes” so I figured it’s just a coat and they’ll get darker. All of a sudden he said he’s done. I said this is clear I wanted pink. This was not what I asked for. You could see the bottom of my nail. I told him I wanted it like the picture I wanted pink- not clear. He said sorry and that was it. I got charged $65.00 just for this- no manicure, no acrylic, just this when I asked why they told me it was the nail polish he used. I told the lady I wasn’t happy with it and she was smiling the whole time. I know there is a language barrier but I showed a picture. I’ve never had issues with my nails. Im pretty simple but it sucks to pay $65.00 for gel polish and not even get what you asked. I wont be back! 3 stars due to the pedicure was awesome!
Been a regular here for over a year. Tam is the best🤍 Sent him a picture and he made it come to life. Every time he does my nails they are perfect. 10/10 would recommend.
I’ve been going here recently and I’m really happy with my experience so far! Jenny is super talented and always makes sure my nails come out shaped perfectly. My nails look clean, healthy, and well done every time. The salon is always spotless and the staff is very kind. I always leave feeling great and would definitely recommend Bamboo Nails!
I would not recommend this nail salon. I’ve been here twice, and unfortunately both experiences were disappointing. While they do greet customers when they arrive, the staff doesn’t come across as particularly friendly or welcoming. During my second visit for a pedicure, the technician had to repaint my big toe twice, which made me question the quality of the service. I also got a full set with two designs, and instead of hand-painting the artwork as expected, stickers were used. To make matters worse, after only about a week and a half, four of my nails started lifting from the cuticle area. I’m not sure what products or glue were used, but I’ve had full sets last much longer without this issue. What bothered me most was that while I was getting my nails done, another employee loudly commented that I needed my eyebrows done. It felt unnecessary, unprofessional, and embarrassing to hear that in front of other customers. For a pedicure and full set with two designs, I paid $180, which felt overpriced for the quality of service I received. They also only accept cash tips, which is inconvenient since customers cannot add a tip when paying by card. The Wi-Fi was poor as well. Overall, the customer service, professionalism, and quality did not match the price. Based on my experiences, I won’t be returning.
Absolute best nail salon!!! Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is clean, bright and welcoming. I have never had a bad experience or a bad set of nails, pedicures or eyebrows. I was with my last nail tech for 15 years but due to relocating I needed to find a new salon. After visiting a few and being highly disappointed, I found Bamboo Salon and have been going for 2 years now religiously!! I found a tech, Jenny who knows what I like and how I like it and she NEVER disappoints!! I always keep their business cards in my wallet to give out when anyone asks where I get my nails done!!
