I tend to get massages for my birthday so this year I decided to find a place in Jacksonville while staying on the beach. After much research I decided on this location. Boy am I happy I did. Olena is the epitome of a great receptionist. She helped me a lot over the phone the month before as I booked. She told me everything to expect and even told me to call me if I had trouble with parking. Of course when the day came I had no clue where to park and didn’t want to get a ticket knowing I would be in the spa for 3 hours. I called and she remembered who I was. She guided me and even remembered it was my birthday when I entered the spa. The environment is so calming and relaxing. I was given a mimosa and seated in a massage chair while I waited. Julia was so amazing. She asked what areas to focus on and when I told her I just wanted to relax, she made it happened. I woke myself up snoring loudly several times. She is such a sweet and calm spirit I truly enjoyed her. Then I went to Wendy for the illuminating facial. She is so fun and knowledgeable. She had my face glowing when it was over. I checked out and was given a little happy birthday token which I greatly appreciated. At the time I thought I was going to leave and run some errands but as soon as I was dressed and walking to the front a wave of serenity washed over me. So much for that. I went back to the room for a refreshing nap and that night I slept for a full night for the first time in months. Do I recommend this place…absolutely! I will be scheduling a future trip to return.
My first time facial and Swedish massage it was so awesome Wendy was just the best she explained to me everything she was going to do and it was so wonderful and Julia my message therapist oh how wonderful her message was I was so so relaxed I actually took a nap yes!! I learned that I have great skin yes I’ve always been a IVORY GIRL since I was two years old it worked for me. Thanks to the Receptionist ,Wendy and Julia much love to you all you made my day I’m walking on air💨😊 I will be back 😊 Ms.Gina
We had a wonderful couples massage yesterday with Deandrea and Gianna! Both ladies were absolutely amazing! They were professional, attentive, and made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire experience. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the massages were exactly what we needed. We left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Thank you, Deandrea and Gianna, for such a great experience! We will definitely be back!
Upon arriving, I was welcomed by the friendly receptionists, Olena and Stephanie. They were warm, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. Both were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the services offered, and guided me through my options. I had an illuminating facial with Emma. She is incredibly knowledgeable and truly passionate about skincare. She took the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and tailor the treatment to my skin’s needs. Emma’s attention to detail and gentle approach made the experience both relaxing and effective. My skin was glowing, refreshed, and noticeably brighter afterward. I highly recommend Balanced Soul Wellness to anyone looking for exceptional care and outstanding results!
Honestly always the best experience! Been for massages and lash/brows and it’s an amazing experience every time. They hand you a cup of water at the end, give snacks in the waiting room, and always make you feel a part of a luxury spa. Just ordered gift certificates for Mother’s Day and they are hand written with the cutest gift set and bag to go along! Highly recommend!
