Our experience with Denise Hernandez the sales designer was so very professional and she was always available when we needed her assistance. She has helped us decorate our 2 properties and we are not finished. The delivery process is just as professional. They are prompt and everything is delivered and set up with no issues at all. Charles, Andre and Cranston were so very nice. We are very happy with the Baers’ experience from start to finish.

9-1-26 Last Update: Baer's replaced the loveseat. Store, Sales staff, delivery people and Service Tech all did a great job. Customer Service is woefully lacking. You will likely have a good experience with Baer's as long as the product itself is not faulty. My wife and I decided to splurge and get a high quality sofa and loveseat. We purchased Flexsteel products during Baer's recent sale. 7-31-26- Sofa and Loveseat delivered. Immediately identified a manufacturing defect with the loveseat. Had the delivery driver document the defects with pictures. 8-3-26- No response to issue. Called Baer's customer service. They were very disinterested but agreed to send out a service tech. First available date was 8-14-26. Couldn't do that date so had to settle on 8-21-26. 8-21-26- Notified tech would arrive between 1:30 and 4:30. Arrived at 6:30. Nice man. He used a "heat gun" to try to smooth out fabric. Noticeably improved appearance, but defect still exists. He suggested covering it when company was over. At end of service call he got customer service on the phone. I once again stated that I was not happy with the quality of the loveseat. Customer Service said they would note the problem. As of today 8-26-26, I've not heard back from Baer's and frankly don't expect to. I've notified them of my dissatisfaction at least 3 times without resolution and now will have to take it up with Flexsteel direct. I should have refused the loveseat upon delivery but trusted that Baer's would address the issue. Now I'm stuck with my expensive quality "forever" furniture that is not the quality furniture I had perceived Flexsteel to be.

Had a very nice experience in the Jacksonville location this week. I made arrangements for Tamara to assist me with a design client in a chair selection. We selected a stressless recliner and ottoman. As a local interior designer I hope to see a commission from their office. I have yet to receive a follow up from them however.

We went to Baer's furniture in November 2024 looking for specific leather furniture, and saw a lot of options, but wanted to see what other stores offered. Fast forward to October 2025 and after seeing what other stores had, we decided to give Baer's another chance. Previously, we did see a modular sectional that was leather, comfortable, and modern and was hoping it was still available. We asked for the same salesperson we had in 2024, and Pat remembered us and welcomed us in. She did show us the couch we were previously interested in, along with other loveseat and sofas that were similar, but we kept gravitating to our first choice. We were able to customize the sectional in a way that we thought would be best for our home, and Pat gave us an amazing price we couldn't resist, so we purchased it. She is so patient and amazing and we loved working with her, and I think she loved working with us too!!! Definitely check out Baer's Furniture. It's high quality furniture, with pieces you won't find anywhere within the big box stores or even discount furniture stores. You have to ask for Pat... (goes by "Pat-Pat"), and she will definitely have your best interest in mind. She's great to work with and has a great personality and sense of humor!!!
