Our home needed some electrical upgrades to handle modern appliances. The technician explained all options and completed the work professionally. I’m grateful the system is reliable and future-ready.

I called B&C Electric because a JEA employee highly recommended them and said they do great work. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. I’m not sure if it was a language barrier or something else, but when I tried explaining that I was referred to them, she kept interrupting me asking, “Okay, what do you want our technician to do?” I told her I have a bad meter jaw. She asked for my ZIP code, and when I said 32216, she told me they don’t have an electrician servicing that area and immediately hung up. I called back twice, and she hung up on me both times. Very unprofessional experience. I expected better, especially after being referred by JEA.
I called yesterday about a light installation, expecting to wait a while, but they sent someone the same day! The electrician completed everything in under an hour, and the price was great. Couldn’t be happier!
One of our kitchen receptacles stopped working, and it was a hassle not having it. A friend recommended this company, and they didn’t disappoint. The electrician figured it out quickly and had it working again in under an hour. Friendly and professional from start to finish.
Great service at a fair price! It’s refreshing to hire a local electrician who’s not only skilled but also genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely be calling again for future projects.
