Me and my husband had a wonderful experience working with Sky while choosing our dream furniture bed. From the beginning, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She really took the time to understand what we were looking for and guided us through every option until we found the perfect bed for our home. She’s so amazing at what she does. Her professionalism, friendly attitude, and attention to detail made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She answered all our questions with confidence and made sure we felt comfortable with our decision. You can truly see how dedicated she is to her job and how much she cares about her customers. Thank you very much Sky!!! I truly appreciate your excellent service 🫶🏻 I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a quality furniture and outstanding customer care 💯❤️
Came in to buy a sectional couch after looking in several furniture stores. We met EJ who was exceptionally respectful. When we told her what we were looking for, she sold us the perfect couch. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable with the products of this store. Thank you EJ.
Estella was great to work with! She greeted us warmly and answered our many questions. She gave honest opinions which helped shape our furniture selections. She made the purchase process easy. We loved working with Estella and look forward to working with her again in the future.
Israel is PHENOMENAL. Can’t say enough positive things about our experience. We have shopped around to just about every furniture store and let me tell you, you can buy a couch anywhere but amazing service and staff is a different story. We shopped a month before we purchased and we knew from the day we stepped in we were going back strictly because Israel made us feel like home! As long as my wife is happy I’m happy and the Ashley Furniture team made sure of that!
Tameika Myers was very helpful from the moment we walked in! She had high energy and got us moving thru beds to find what fit us and the firmness we needed. She was kind and didn’t try to force other sales down our throat. She kindly let us know what was available so that we could make our own informed decisions. We were very happy with the service and the delivery process.
