April was awesome! Thanks!! Next day. Came to pickup our purchase. Online it says they open at 10 on Sunday. Been here over 30 min as the sign on the door says 11. Update?
I purchased a couch with a chaise a couple of months ago, and when it arrived, one of the cushions was missing. How do you forget a cushion? The delivery team just drove off without providing a receipt or any documentation. When I contacted customer service, they said it would be covered under warranty, but how is that possible when all the pieces weren’t delivered in the first place? We ordered the missing cushion, and they told us it would arrive in 7-10 days. Now it’s been two weeks, and it hasn’t even been shipped yet. Seriously? Now the New Cushion was delivered with NO FABRIC … You know if I didn’t do my job right at work I would get fired !!!! Like really .. How can you not care. Been on hold for almost an Hour and the Store Closes in 15 minutes…. Horrible!!! They don’t even get a 1 star … I work so hard for my money for a business to screw me !! Beyond horrific!!!
April was fantastic. We walked in after a longer than expected day of test driving cars. We were looking for a specific nursery chair but we didn’t have a chance to tell her which. Once she knew what we were looking for she said i have the perfect one. It was indeed the one i wanted to see. Even better they had the color i wanted on extra discount. I love a good sale. We were in and out within 20ish mins. No hassle of being paraded around and shown things we didn’t want. April was straight to the point and we walked out with a great deal.
Always a very enjoyable experience when buying furniture from Ashley Outlet. April, is awesome, understanding, fast, and very efficient. She help us find the perfect living room set and it was just so fast and easy. Thank you for all the help and most excellent service. Arip you are the best! Be back soon ...
My husband and I shopped at this outlet prior and never had a bad experience. Our recent purchase was an amazing experience, thanks to Katie and Victoria. Katie was very helpful and Victoria explained all of the paperwork efficiently. Both were incredibly friendly, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. Katie took the time to show us every option within our budget and never made us feel rushed. It’s rare to meet a salesperson who genuinely cares about helping customers rather than just making a sale.
