I couldn't believe the nasty, unprofessional, violent tone and attitude I received from Mark Refosco of Arthur Rutenberg/ Marcus Allen Homes in Jacksonville, Florida . Simply, because I reached out to them asking for the roof plan of my Arthur Rutenberg home which my roofer requested in order to replace my damaged roof . Mark called me and threatened me not to ask anyone in AR again . He said I would have to pay them $5,000 for their time. His voice expressed anger and violence. What a brute! I was shocked.
