We had to take our 12 1/2 year old Siberian Husky to the clinic Sunday, a week ago. We thought he may be not coming home. He was very ill, lethargic, couldn't stand on his legs. He had projectile vomiting the night before, and he hadn't eaten in 2 days. He then had bloody diarrhea. We were greeted with the upmost compassion by Brandi, the receptionist. She was such a pleasant and caring young Lady. Our dog was taken to the back right away to be seen.Thank you, Brandi, for caring! We met with a very nice and professional Tech/Nurse who obtained his history.. after a reasonable wait, we met Dr. Leverone, who spent a good amount of time explaining what he thought was going on with our boy. He proposed additional tests, administered some hydration to our boy, and he ruled out any serious illness. We were released to go home feeling very much relieved. We were given specialty food to give to him, and some probiotics for his stomach. It took about two to three days for him to bounce back, but he is his normal self at the moment. We felt that Dr. Leverone and the team were very caring, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. Aside from the scare we had, our experience at Arista was amazing.

The experience at your hospital was above and beyond wonderful. From the person at the front desk to the nurse and doctor everyone was just so kind, compassionate, professional and genuinely caring. In a stressful situation, that level of compassion makes such a difference. We never felt rushed or like just another patient. Everyone took the time to listen, explain things, and make sure we were comfortable and cared for. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for excellent medical care combined with true compassion. Thank you!
Amazing staff overall. You could cry on how they genuinely care for the health of the animals. Understanding that this is a business; they try their absolute best to make it affordable to get the essential care needed for your pet. I hope I never have an ill pet again, however I would drive a great distance to return here if so. Thank you for what you do.
This brand new facility is beautiful & top notch with AMAZING vets and staff. We brought both of our Yorkie babies there over a span of 30 days and both emergency visits were met with so much care, concern, thorough evaluations and excellent follow up communication. We are grateful this wonderful emergency vet facility opened in our area. We highly recommend Arista Advanced Pet care! Thank you for helping our beloved dogs through two very scary emergencies.
This is the A team of doctors. We are so lucky to have Dr. Gele and Dr. Pugliese come to this area. Dr. Deitz is already well known and well loved. Her expertise is invaluable, especially to consult with my own dog with chronic GI disease where multiple others before her were stumped. And Dr. Corlett is brilliant and compassionate, guiding owners and their furry loved ones through scary ER visits. So thankful to have Arista as my local ER/Specialty hospital.
