If you are just thinking about it and you are not sure. DO IT. You will not regret it! I came here with my husband for his birthday and I had him scheduled to make a hat as a surprise. Ashlee and Josh were amazing!! When I say I had no idea what I got myself into, it looks like me jaw dropped the entire experience because it was just so amazing! It was so flipping amazing I ended up having a hat made for myself too, which is not what I was expecting. But hey when you can take two different elements from different hats and combine them to one, there was no stopping me. The atmosphere is extremely inviting and Ashlee and Josh were so kind. We had never been here but heard about it from a friend. Honestly was a little hard to find the place as it is tucked in down one of the buildings. Parking was interesting as we never been to this area of town. Some streets are extremely narrow and driving a f250 I had to tuck in my mirrors to avoid hitting anything. After our appointment we walked around the area and there are many other shops around very cute. My favorite part was when we went to our car to leave and saw Ashlee’s husband just pulling in. We didn’t flag him down but we knew it was him by his hat and how Ashlee spoke of him during our appointment. Also confession, I was so jaw dropped I didn’t even take photos and videos like you normally do. But shout out to Josh for capturing our time and sending us the photos and videos afterwards! Ashlee, my request to you, can we have a 5 year follow up double date where you and your husband make hats for us on our five year anniversary? THANK YOU BOTH FOR AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

This place is a gem in historic downtown St . Augustine. I booked a custom hat experience as a gift for Valentine’s Day for my very picky boyfriend who had been looking for a hatter to bring his vision to life. While there, I asked Ashlee if there was anyway I could also make a hat as I was so impressed by the beautiful hats she had on display already made and I just had to have one. She was very accommodating and didn’t hesitate to say of course. I literally had no clue where to start as this was my first experience and Ashlee and Stephen poured their knowledge and expertise into us and our hats. I left with a gorgeous hat and so much knowledge. You can really tell Ashlee and Stephen love what they do and want to share their passion and give a great experience. It’s been quite some time since I walked into a business and felt so welcomed and appreciated as a customer and they made me feel just that. We both left feeling like we had just hung out with our friends while making hats. The pricing was also extremely reasonable considering you are getting a good quality hat and everything is all inclusive. There was no limit on the amount of decorations I could get and no limit on the amount of shaping edits they would make. They checked multiple times to make sure I was happy with the fit, shape, and look of the hat I designed with Ashlee’s eye for design. I highly recommend going to Antler & Crown for all your custom hat needs or even reshaping of your own hat.

Josh and Sami were so welcoming and helped my husband and I create the hats we were looking for. I’d highly recommend this experience to anyone that wants a high quality, one-of-a-kind hat. They have tons of options for both hats and hat accessories!
