I’ve been going here for a while I loved them so much! Until today I was completely embarrassed they were mocking me because I said gel fill instead of powder I don’t understand why it would matter I do the same thing every month. I always say gel fill until today when the lady was laughing in my face and brought other techs to laugh at me as well. I was so uncomfortable the whole time. The lady next to me heard and looked at me as if I were a child and said it’s ok baby. It’s not ok. I didn’t deserve that and I will never come back which sucks because I love the work but I’m all for customer service first. I’m so embarrassed and it truly hurt my feelings being laughed at like that. Make sure you know your “nail verbiage” or they might make fun of you too!
Tai and Hailey are the new owners. I highly recommend their nail, eyebrow and eyelash services. They are professional and respectful. They listen to your request and will also recommend services without being aggressive. The cleanliness of boutique is impeccable and beyond state mandates. Nail boutique location is easily accessible with plenty of parking. There are restaurants a walking distance. Absolutely amazing! I’ve been to this salon a few times since moving to Jacksonville, and they are always SO friendly and welcoming! I’m pretty rough with my nails, and my sets always last me to my next fill. They’re very fairly priced, and my nails always come out perfect! 100% recommend!
I came a few weeks ago for a pedicure and had to come back to get my full done for my nails. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced in the 15+ years I have been getting my nails done. The salon is bright, clean, and the staff are friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you have an enjoyable and amazing experience. This my new go-to salon.
