I normally don’t write reviews, but I just left the nail place and am not happy. I have a nail place I normally go to but didn’t want to take the drive, saw these reviews and it’s near where I’m at now so figured I’d give it a try…I got dip nails. One nail is completely off centered. Two nails are already scuffed because my technician didn’t use UV gel polish on top, they were air dried with basic top coat (not normal). I asked for shorter nails, and they’re the same length just shaped different. When I tried to pull back my hand to see the length she pulled it back to keep working. As you can see my thumb nail is completly mishapened. Only writing so people who are trying it for the first time know what they can possibly expect. Won’t return.

I love this place!! Donna is the best nail technician in Jacksonville. She’s so attentive, caring and loving person, she makes you feel comfortable like home. The nail salon is beautiful with new equipment and chair massage. Any style or design I want, she got it!!! You won’t be disappointed.

Nails look amazing! My 2nd time coming in and they did not disappoint. Lily is truly talented! The design is perfect! I got SNS both times and they last quite a while and are of the highest quality! The lady who did my pedicure was kind and gentle.
