I recently had a great experience at American Freight, and I wanted to recognize the outstanding service I received from Matt. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed. Matt took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me and made sure I understood my options. His knowledge of the products really stood out, and he offered helpful suggestions without being pushy. It made the whole process smooth and stress-free. What impressed me most was his professionalism and patience. He went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase, and that level of customer service is hard to come by these days. Overall, I highly recommend American Freight, especially if you have the chance to work with Matt. Great service, great attitude, and a genuinely positive experience.

Matt was awesome. He answered all questions and was very professional. I always find myself coming back to American Freight. They have great furniture.
Love love love! My beautiful couch that I purchased here. I walked in and took my time to see what I wanted & the staff greeted me on my way in and offered to help if needed but they kept their distance which I love personally I just like to observe and see for myself. Highly recommend for any furniture in your home. Definitely worth the $ and the quality is great.
