Jessie and Aiden were out right on schedule and made the adjustments and I had also requested the addition of a new circuit for the back porch, it was done quickly and professionally

After being without electricity for 14 hours, I was notified by JEA that they could not restore power until my electrical wiring was brought up to code, permitted, and repaired. I immediately called American Electrical, and from that moment on, their team exceeded every expectation. Jennifer in the Service Department promptly returned my call and made my situation a top priority. Within 30 minutes, Travis was at my home assessing the damage, and Avery had the necessary repairs completed within just a couple of hours. The team handled everything—from pulling permits to coordinating directly with JEA—and had my power restored in less than four hours from my initial call. The level of urgency, professionalism, and customer service they demonstrated was truly impressive. As if that wasn’t enough, Jeremy later came out on a service call to help with some switch wiring issues. Earlier this year, he also installed an EV charging outlet in my garage and wired coach lights for my home. Every interaction I’ve had with Jeremy and the entire American Electrical team has been exceptional. Their responsiveness, expertise, and commitment to customer service are second to none. American Electrical has earned my trust, and they will be my first and only call for any future electrical needs for my home, as well as for my family and friends. I needed a complex installation and sub panel installed. Travis came out and inspected the prospective job, explained all of the options and gave a fair price. The came out on the day promised at the time promised and worked diligently for 10 hours. The cleaned up completely after the job was completed. Everyone worked with a smile and very professionally. I would highly recommend them.

Ethan and Lynn were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in answering all my questions and explaining what they had to do to get a new outlet installed on an exterior wall. They were on time and went right to work, I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently they got the job done. 10/10, I highly recommend American Electrical, and I will definitely call them for my future needs.
