We really enjoyed our visit, the place is nice. The beach is quiet and not overcrowded. The rooms were clean and everything was working in order, no issues with the condo. I had my family of 9 there in two separate condos. Our only issue is the key card to get on and off the beach.The reason I didn't give it 5 stars. We were given two key cards for our condo which was two families so we were constantly waiting to go as a group. Or we were calling a family member on the beach to come and meet us at the gate. One of cards was lost, we were told it was a $75 fee. I felt that was extreme, considering families going back-and-forth to the beach with bags, towels, toys and children. I felt there should be more key cards and either provide a lanyard to help keep up with something the size of a charge card or be told in advance that we needed to have lanyards for our cards so we could bring them. Another thing that is minor but we were given wristbands and said everyone had to wear a wristband. Besides me, my husband, my granddaughter and maybe two other children at the pool were the only ones I saw wearing them. We would stay again, We like the set up, but we would definitely bring our own lanyards!

We stayed at the house at 1308 S Fletcher Ave in Fernandina Beach and would absolutely stay here again. You really can’t beat the location. It’s right on the beach, so you’re just steps from the sand, and the view from the condo is incredible. Honestly, that’s what you’re paying for here: convenience and THAT view. The outside of the building could use a little updating, so don’t let the exterior throw you off. Once you get inside, though, the home has everything you need for a comfortable beach stay. It feels like you’re staying with family - has everything you need but without the bells and whistles that might feel pretentious. If you want easy beach access, an amazing view, and a place that makes it simple to relax, this spot delivers.
The house was amazing!!! Newly remodeled with a lot of original details making it super charming. It was clean and had everything we needed. The porch and living areas are great and easily fit our group of 8 girlfriends. We also loved the outdoor showers and being able to rinse off and keep sand out of the house. We already booked it for next year and can’t wait to return!
We rented a beach front condo for 4 nights. Love the ocean atmosphere. Condo was well maintained and the management company was very responsible to our needs! Great beach with easy access. Praises to Annabelle for getting us booked and checked in early. I would like to know if there are discounts for extended stays?
We stayed for a month. Very clean, comfortable home. Kitchen is great - drink fridge is a nice touch. WiFi worked well - 2 of us taking vid calls all day and no disruptions. Great north end location. Sitting on the back deck watching the sunrise was amazing. Private beach access is awesome. Minor issues not worth mentioning were handled quickly and easily. Highly recommend to anyone who loves the beach.
