Todd Ericksen assisted us in both selling & buying our homes in recent months. His knowledge was most helpful navigating through many challenges during the selling phase. He was available to us all hours of the day and even worked toward our closing while on vacation.
Todd provided excellent pricing analysis and my property received several offers. It sold for the expected price in a short period of time without any issues. I couldn’t have asked for a more informed, attentive agent.
Extremely DISHONEST and absolutely the WORST realtor in Nassau County. He is also partners in business on Beech Street with one of our city commissioners, who is currently running for Mayor. He owns a vacant lot in the downtown historic district (which a home can't be built on, because it's a FLOOD ZONE) and has gotten away with ILLEGALLY cutting down trees on this lot for over 3 years. He buys properties on the courthouse steps with TAX LIENS, as well as LIENS from the city of FB from code enforcement violations, then has the code enforcement board RELEASE the liens, allowing him to make a profit at the COST OF CITY TAXPAYERS.. This is all PUBLIC RECORD, if you care to look it up, just like I did. Beware, you've been warned!
