Amelia Coastal Realty

Tara at ACR was awesome throughout the whole process of finding us a commercial rental space. She went above and beyond what was expected from an agent. I highly recommend her and ACR.

As a tenant of a commercial property ( Yulee Corners) managed by ACR, I have had a very negative experience. ACR has been neglectful of the property. There is trash piled up in the shrubs and around trash dumpster. This trash has been here for months not just weeks. There are parking issues that have been long term with no resolvement efforts by ACR. As a Business Owner in Yulee Corners I care about the property being clean and well kept. ACR's response when I report issues is to make me feel like I am the problem and to set up barriers so I cant report problems. From my experience with ACR, I do not recommend them as a Property Manager.

Tara was so patient, resourceful, knowledgeable, and diligent in finding a showroom for us. We were so difficult yet she continued to treat us kindly and put us at ease. We now have the perfect location and are excited for the growth in years ahead!
