Loved it!! The instructor was great and professional. She made us feel at home and provided positive feedback. She did not make us feel as though we could not do something. She made us feel like we were professionals eventhough we were in no way a professional at pole dancing. But the laughter we had about it was great. She made us feel like we all in together.
I love going to Altfit! I have been taking the roller pole classes which could not be more fun! They are also such a great workout. The advanced beginner/intermediate class is challenging but totally worth it and they even have aerial yoga classes. This place has it all in a very supportive and friendly community. I highly recommend trying it!
Amazing studio, amazing instructors, kid friendly, one on one instruction, and the list goes on. I tried Alf Fit Jax on a whim and from the first day on I have had to go every single day. No boring gyms for this girl anymore!!! Jaime and Lorien are just the BEST!
Juliana was the instructor for our private pole party and we all had so much fun. She started by teaching us a few fundamental pole techniques and then added some advanced moves. Though all of us were inexperienced, we left feeling so sexy and confident. Juliana is awesome and was such a great instructor. I’m signing up for more classes and bringing my friends. Additionally, the venue was clean, spacious, and the lighting and music created a sexy, yet inviting atmosphere.
Had my 55th birthday party celebration with my girlfriends and it was an amazing experience! We had the best time ever. This was most of our first pole experience and our instructor/host Juliana was the best! She made our day memorable, fun, and easy to learn. We will definitely do this again as all the girls can’t stop talking about how much fun we had. We were thoroughly pleased and will be taking classes in the near future. Thank you for making my “Speed Limit 55.. but not slowing down no time soon” birthday party memorable!
