I wouldn’t recommend this place due to lack of communication and customer service in General. I came all the way from MINNESOTA and booked a bridal party for 6 people booked the appointments weekssss in advance and paid in advance. Due to no receipt being emailed or given and no call or appointment reminders, the times regarding the appointments resulted in the party being 20 minutes late. Due to the time mix up I was told by Chris (enrollment specialist) that we couldn’t reschedule and no refund would be issued. Even after advising that lack of communication should result in some sort of compensation or services. I eventually spoke with the director (AMBER) who still hasn’t called me back or provided the record of services regrading this transaction. when booking the appointments with the director amber she was so happy and jolly and stated that if I would have any issue that she would be happy to refund me. Amber never mentioned the transaction being non refundable and only mentioned the payment being needed to be made upfront due to the amount of people. Due to one person not showing up Amber gave me a refund for one person but still never accommodated the other party by not refunding or providing any rescheduling. I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR A LARGE PARTY OR ANYONE DUE TO COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALPHA SCHOOL OF MASSAGE NOT ONLY RUINED MY BRIDAL SHOWER BUT ALSO MY EXPERIENCE. I was recommend this place by someone who works at MASSAGE ENVEY DUE TO THE LARGER PARTY. TRUST ME STICK WITH THEM YOU GET APPOINTMENT REMINDERS, YOU GET REFUNDS AND RESCHEDULING YOUR RECEIPT WHEN ASKED most importantly YOU GET GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !
First time client . Went to the massage school with two friends for a birthday gift. I had a lovely massage with a soft-spoken gentle student who responded well to feedback when I wanted the massage firmer or softer and gave me a great massage. Both of my friends also reported that they really enjoyed their massages-- one had a deep tissue massage and the other one had the heated stone massage..
I had an amazing experience with Hannah S! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. She really took the time to understand where I was holding tension and tailored the massage perfectly to what I needed. Her technique was incredible—firm where it needed to be, but still very calming and soothing. I left feeling so much better, both physically and mentally. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I would absolutely recommend Hannah to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing massage. I will definitely be coming back!
I’ve avoided leaving this review because I didn’t want my favorite massage therapist to be booked out. I will ensure I’ve pre booked all my appointments by the time I leave this review. Elena is hands down one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had. I’ve had massages for several years, many at Alpha, and many at other spas. It takes a real level of intuition and understanding to be as good as Elena. She has extensive knowledge on the inner workings of muscles and reflexology and is incredibly skilled at working out my knots where others haven’t been able to. I’m always blown away by how much better I feel when I’ve left her. I’ve come in aching and in pain, leave feeling refreshed and well enough to go home and clean my whole house. Not kidding. She’s absolute magic. 10/10
I recently had my first ever deep tissue massage at Alpha School of Massage, and it was an amazing experience. The student therapist, Hakim, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire session. I’ll admit I was a little nervous at first having a male therapist, but he handled everything with complete professionalism and respect, which quickly put me at ease. The massage itself was incredible and exactly what I needed. I would highly recommend this school to anyone looking for quality, affordable massage services!
