Not a great expierance booked him about 2 weeks ago he wasn’t in the barbershop and didn’t let me know ignored it beacuse I’ve been a client over 1 year then I booked him and I overslept on my appointment for about 12 minutes I live 3 minutes away I would’ve been 15 minutes late I called him and explained it to him but he shoved me to aside I asked about a possible refund and how long I’ve been a client and apologized since I would’ve returned to him he completely didn’t care and showed his true character (you can’t make mistakes but he can) but it’s okay money is money but showed what a person character is won’t come back and lost a loyal client
