I’ve gone to this branch awhile now and the customer service is always excellent. Cherrie is the best. It’s always a pleasure to see her smile when I walk through the door with a warm greeting every time. Cherrie is fast and will have you in and out. I always appreciate the excellent customer service.

I rarely leave a negative review (but have left hundreds of 5* reviews) so it's gotta be BAD for me to come here and write about it. Rude, snippy teller. I was literally standing there with my checkbook in hand waiting to start a new account and the woman was just terribly short and her tone was not one that was due to me nor conducive of good customer service. I literally never even got a chance to speak before she spoke to me. You don't have to smooch my rear to get my money and my business but don't talk to me like I ran over your dog, either. Sheesh, dude. If I had came here and read these reviews before-hand, I wouldn't have bothered stopping in. I just wanted somewhere close to my office to stop in and squirrel away money.

I have been dealing with an issue since last Wednesday that hasn't been resolved. This bank will not release my funds to me after depositing my checks due to an issue that occurred two months ago that I never notified for. I even went as far to give them the contact information to the business who wrote the checks to me and to no avail when I was told that I would get my money today my funds haven't been released to me. I rarely ever leave a review but I'm so upset by this that I refuse a banking here once my money has been released I'm closing this account. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.
