Fabulous customer service. I will start by saying that this experience was not what I expected it to be, given that it was my first time getting a Russian manicure. When I first got my nails done here it did take nearly 5 hours, however, the owner was really gracious and really apologetic and it really made all the difference. The end results was fabulous and I was really happy with how my nails looked. About a week later, one of my nails cracked right before an important dinner I had, and I called and the owner was able to squeeze me in within 30 minutes of my call. Diana was the nail tech that was assigned to fix my broken nail. She was extremely gracious and patient with me. I was in and out in a really quick amount of time and I was so happy that my nails were fixed for my dinner. The customer service here was truly a 10 out of 10 experience and I really appreciate that.
Fantastic experience! Margo was extremely conscientious and my nails are the best they’ve ever looked. The customer service of everyone here was exceptional. I would definitely come again if I’m ever in the Jacksonville area.
In Jacksonville for business and needed a simple but secure manicure. I've recently gone through chemo, so I'm very concerned with salon cleanliness and care. Alina Studio exceeded my expectations. My nail tech, Adriana, was meticulous, very respectful and kind. All the instruments were clearly sanitized and in sealed bags until used. Too bad I don't live closer... not inexpensive, but definitely worth it. Very highly recommended! Will let the hotel concierge know so he can direct other guests their way.
I had a wonderful experience at this nail studio! From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel so welcome. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. A special thank you to Tanya, who was amazing! Since it was my first time, she took the time to explain the entire process to me and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. She is so sweet, patient, and knowledgeable. Yulia did my pedicure, and she was fantastic as well! She was detail-oriented, gentle, and did an excellent job. The atmosphere was relaxing, the service was outstanding, and they even offered drinks, which was such a nice touch. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for quality service and a welcoming environment. I will definitely be coming back! ❤️✨
I had such an incredible experience! Adriana helped me tonight and she was so professional and her work is impeccable. I had very sensitive overfiled nails but didnt feel a bit of discomfort or pain and didnt feel ticklish in the slightest either. Adriana was very gentle and asked throughout if I felt any discomfort or heatspikes while under the light. The salon is clean, peaceful, well kept just overall good vibes and the staff are locked in on their client at all times. I noticed other clients also left with works of art with incredible attention to detail just like Adriana did for me! It was so comfortable and relaxing I really felt like I was being serviced, I definitely will be back to see Adriana and will recommend the salon to my family and friends ☺️☺️☺️☺️ 10/10 couldnt have been better and I cant wait to come back
