  This guy will take your money and assign your work to subcontractors who may never finish your project. Contacted with him through an agent because my spouse and I are out of state, but he stopped answering our agents messages 3 weeks AFTER the job was supposed to be finished but was left half done. I tried, A LOT, to get in touch with him on her behalf. He doesn't answer his phone. His voice mail box is full. He doesn't respond to texts. He doesn't respond to email. It took the threat of a credit card charge back to get him to finish out rewiring project, weeks past the date promised. The sale of our house almost fell through because he couldn't hire reliable people, couldn't be bothered to answer his phone, and couldn't finish a project on time. His response said he didn't know who I was. I would have gladly introduced myself if he'd answered his phone, or we could have avoided the whole issue of he had NOT ghosted the agent who hired him. Increased my rating from 1 to 2 stars because enough of the work was finished that it passed an inspection by JEA. And because he eventually called... my husband...? to apologize for ghosting our agent and ignoring my calls, texts, emails, and whatnot. Seriously, he apologized to my husband. How blatantly misogynist can you get?
