I cannot recommend Mick enough. I came to him with severe golfers elbow pain—so bad that I couldn’t even open a car door without wincing. It was affecting my daily life and completely sidelining my workouts. I felt so lost and was terrified that it wouldn’t be able to heal. From the very beginning, Mick was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He took the time to answer every single question I had and made sure I fully understood the process. Thanks to his expertise and care, I am now completely pain-free and back to working out like nothing ever happened. It honestly feels like a complete turnaround. Mick is truly exceptional at what he does. On top of that, his flexibility with having two office locations makes scheduling so convenient, which is such a huge bonus for a busy lifestyle. If you’re dealing with pain but want get back to the gym ASAP, Mick is your guy. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

Mick has helped dramatically improve a couple major injuries I have been battling for years. He is the first PT to personalize my care, listen to my concerns and goals and then address and create a plan in a very supportive way. Highly highly recommend.

If it wasn’t for Cody, I wouldn’t have been able to hit my goal of competing in this year’s CrossFit open. In Nov 2025, I saw Cody and he was able to not only figure out why I had been having so much pain and discomfort with my hip and knee, but immediately came up with a plan of attack. On top of that he continues to use his expertise to update that plan regularly. As I get better, so does his recommendations. Because of his knowledge and diligent work, I can safely squat below parallel regularly with little to no pain, have a pre workout warmup that never fails, and an amazing rehab program moving forward. Cody is helping me become the athlete I’ve always wanted to be.

Mick is absolutely amazing! He has been working with my daughter, a softball pitcher, for the past year and half. She was having back pains from the constant repetition of the pitching motion and Mick was not only able to help relieve the pain, he taught her how important it is to build her strength and flexibility to protect her from future injuries. He provided plans with exercises and videos to do in between visits and has made a huge impact on her. She now has the knowledge to not only take care of herself, but also to help teammates that are experiencing issues. He has taught her the importance of stretching and taking care of her body. He has designed workouts specifically to increase her performance, not only on the mound, but in the batter’s box as well. She continues to see him regularly and he works with her to relieve the soreness of a demanding season. He not only provides therapy, but also the knowledge to help her properly take care of herself.
