This is the second time we have used Action Title Services and their service is exemplary. The first time we had a traditional closing, signing in the office. This time we needed to do a remote closing from Texas and they set everything up flawlessly. Nick was a pleasure to work with, friendly, patient and responsive. Highly recommend.

The process was easy-peasy, and my agent was awesome. (Don't know if I'm supposed to name people so I won't.) I had to gather some info, but it was minimal. That was a great help to my time and energy as I was doing most of my move by myself. I certainly recommend Action Title Services!
