Update: Review was placed in 3wks ago and I was asked to send an email… Still no one from corporate or from store has called. So what is the purpose of responding to the reviews if you all are not going to respond to the emails accordingly or acknowledge that you received them! Definitely lost a potential customer for sure. You all came highly recommended but hey the person who referred me may had good experience with this location but my 1st impression still stands as well with the company! I value excellent customer service, and unfortunately, my recent experience at this Aaron’s location was not as positive as I had hoped. This must be a thing for all Aaron’s! This was the second one I had done visited for the day, and like the first, I noticed a lack of staff engagement on the sales floor. Upon entering the store, I didn't see anyone available to assist me. After stepping out to take a call and returning, I still did not receive any greeting or acknowledgment from the staff. I took the opportunity to explore the living room set I was interested in and even sat on it to get a feel for it. I was discussing the set with my aunt via text, and we both agreed it would be a great fit for my home. However, it was disappointing that no employees approached me during my visit to offer assistance or answer any questions. I did notice a woman at the counter and a couple of other staff members, but they seemed occupied and the atmosphere felt a bit unwelcoming. I believe a more proactive approach from the staff could greatly enhance the customer experience, as it can make a significant difference in helping customers feel valued and supported in their shopping journey. If I were their regional manager, there would be accountability for everyone in the store because, if I was a mystery shopper, the experience would have been disappointing and this would have been a poor reflection of management and of the company itself! Once again, the beautiful living room set definitely caught my eye, and I would have loved to purchase it. Unfortunately, that opportunity was missed!
