A Natural Nail

I came in at the end of the day. It was about 6:15pm, and they were still open. When I went in, I asked twice if they were still available for a pedicure, and they said yes. I was taken care of by the gentleman, and everything was okay until it came time to put on the polish. He applied the polish onto the nail directly after using lotion to massage feet and leg. No wiping, no alcohol, nothing, just straight polish with lotion on nails, skin, etc. He applied 2 coats and a lot to the big toes. He went directly onto the top coat and seemed to like paint it on all the toes at ones and did a few dabs in the bottle and reapplied a 2nd coat. It looked like it was pooling around my cuticles. I don't know their process, so i wasn't in a rush and waited 15 minutes after he was done in front of a small fan they had on the floor. I left the store and decided to turn heat on full blast on the floor to dry my toes more. I even went any got dinner and drove through a drive thru to give it plenty of time to dry before getting home. Long story short, an hour and a half later, and it was still tacky on the big toes, and one got messed up. 30 bucks wasted... won't go back even to fix it. Disappointed

I have been receiving nail services from Amy and David for over 13 years and I will never go anywhere else. She does amazing work and is always so professional. She is like family at this point. Love u Boo💕💕💕
