I’ve been going to this nail salon since Fall 2024. At first, my sets (dip at first, then acrylic) would last 3-4 weeks. Now I’m seeing breaks/cracks in the acrylic with 1-2 weeks of application. This is the acrylic that is lifting and breaking, not my natural nails. I understand that mistakes happen, but when my brand new acrylic set broke and lost tip shape approximately 10 days after my visit, I asked for a new set at a discounted price due to concerns about the structural integrity of the set. After a lot of push back, arguing, and denying, I was informed that I could pay $60 for a new service. I said “no,” and ultimately the nail tech agreed to do a brand new set for $20. Truthfully, I don’t believe I owed anything for asking for poor service to be remediated. The set degraded due to the acrylic being thin. There was also a distinct lack of apex which is essential for supporting long nails. I hope that this set lasts until I can find a new nail salon. Unfortunately, A&A nails, you have lost a loyal customer. Please see attached image of the damaged set for reference.

While my mom was getting her hair done at Hair & Color Specialists—another gem in this shopping center. I decided to treat myself and get my nails done. I’m so glad I did! The pedicure was absolutely wonderful, and my nails have never looked better. I got Gel-X extensions with gel polish, and they turned out perfect. The staff were incredibly kind, gracious, and welcoming such sweet people and a wonderful family. This was my first visit, and it left a fantastic impression. I live in San Marco, but honestly, this place is worth the drive. The manicure and pedicure are the best money you’ll spend, and I’ll definitely be going back regularly.
I had a wonderful experience here! I stopped in last minute after dropping my purse off for repair a couple doors dow I had a date at 11:00 and my nails looked horrible. I was hoping for a quick manicure with regular polish and a little glitter, and they absolutely delivered. Angelic was amazing. She was not only thorough, but incredibly patient and attentive. Even though I only came in for a simple service, she took her time and made sure my nails looked perfect before I left, especially my cuticles. I usually dread getting my cuticles done because it can feel harsh and my nail beds tend to hurt afterward, but she was so gentle and careful throughout the entire process. My nails looked fantastic when I left, and I felt so much more put together for my date. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of their services the pedicure options especially caught my eye!
Best nail experience of my life!!! Lovely staff, nails are done quickly and efficiently. I found zero flaws in my manicure which is RARE. Jen braided my hair free of charge while I got my nails done and it came out GORGEOUS. Conversation flowed very well and I was comfortable the whole time. Pricing is fairly reasonable as well. Overall amazing experience. I will be recommending this salon to every girl I know!!
