Just got into town, found a barbershop nearby and got into a seat with zero wait time. Struck up a great conversation with my barber Michael and got a great haircut out of the visit as well, he took his time no rush. 10/10 on the cut and atmosphere of the shop will be coming back when I'm back in town
Mx the barber didn't show up to scheduled appointment after paid for the night before. Tried to find a way to message you in app but to no avail. Had my son reach out to your social media since you did his line up the week before, so I figured I'd bring you more business. I book the night before and no call and no show even the older barber at the shop had no way to contact you while we sat there 41 minutes, he said he had no number per him to even reach you but he was sure you'd show up which you never did. I am not sure why you just ghosted a paid returning customer but you didn't even acknowledge the receipts and email showing proof that my son sent your Instagram. Just lost my business. An I don't have any way to get my refund.
Ms. K @ First and Ten is my go to for a sharp and clean cut. She’s been cutting my son’s hair for a while now and she always does a great job. She is professional, kind, affordable and the lady can cut! She does kids, men and women and can do designs as well! She’s a 10/10 I highly recommend!
I like to give five stars plus+++. For Barber extraordinaire....Lady K ! She has been my barber for a couple of years now or at least as long as she's been at the shop. She always gives myself and my grandson the freshest cuts. Always works with me on the timing and overall just a great Spirit and an asset to the 1st &TEN Barbering Salon. Go check her out. I would like to also send a shout out to all the other barbers in the shop as they are all Cool Folks and always maintain the comfortable atmosphere in the shop
Lady K is AMAZING! She took the time to listen and asked questions. Showed her a picture and she exceeded my expectations! If you were looking for a great atmosphere to get your haircut, professionalism, and someone with a really sweet spirit, she is the one for you. Thank you and you have a new customer❤️
