Diane and Hugh are very accommodating and hands on. Linda has been doing my nails for 3 years. She knows what I like and will do exactly what you will tell her. Diane does great nail designs too. I am very picky and Secret Nails & Day Spa is where I found great nail experts. I always get compliments on my nails by strangers. Try them!

First time in today and will absolutely be back. Hugh was welcoming and Lina is a fabulous technician. She is kind and gentle with a keen sense of detail. I had my nails and lashes done. I was given a 10% new client discount. Update: Today I went in to this Salon and Emma is the most phenomenal person who has EVER done my nails! She is extremely detail oriented, gentle and sweet. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she did my nails exactly like the photo! I will not go to another salon! I have found my nail place. ♥️

First visit. Noticed there were about 3 nail techs in aprons standing around while others were with clients as I sat down. I asked for a #2 Secret pedicure and directed to go to the back to and sit. RED FLAG: I sat down and an older women (with no apron) came and started the water and told me to sit. A white female sat down next to me just a few moments later. She was immediately greeted by a nail tech in an apron and asked if she wanted a water, sprite or a coke as her water was turned on in n the foot spa. It threw me off because she was literally right next to me. A few minutes later, I was still never greeted nor offered a drink. I asked the lady that offered the drink to the client next to me as she was passing could I have a drink as it was unusually warm inside. She continued walking and from a distance, she asked me if I wanted a “water”. I asked if she had and diet drinks. She walked off and returned with a Diet Coke. RED FLAG: They offered a #1 basic with no foot massage for $35 and also the #2 “secret” with oil foot massage for $45. I paid for the $45 with oil massage. At the end of the pedicure (which was decent btw) my tech rubbed some oil on my legs and feet and told me she’s done. I asked her to please wipe the excess oil off my feet so I could put on my socks without soaking up the oil. She removed all the excess oil from my feet and in between my toes with a towel. I called from the car to discretely offer feedback to the manager and spoke with Diane. She stated that she didn’t noticed my tech ( the older woman) wasn’t wearing an apron and that she was sorry that I didn’t get a massage. Diane offered to give me discount if I return ( I was a new customer and wasn’t offered the 10% off their advertised new customer discount). I usually tip well. Not today unfortunately. But, if I have to leave and call back in order to be guaranteed fair treatment, there will not be a next time 😎 My advice to the establishment: It is imperative to treat all clients with the same level of professionalism, courtesy, and respect. Refrain from offering preferential treatment to any client, as all clients contribute equally to the business. It is common for individuals to express dissatisfaction with certain clients based on tips. Tipping is often influenced by the quality of the experience provided.

I love Secret Nails. T gets my nails right every time!! Whether I have an appointment or not, I’m always taken to be serviced immediately. Everyone is friendly, and accommodating.
