1 Stop Furniture

I ordered a dining room bench from them and worst experience ever. First they took a month to deliver my bench. Second after a month I finally got it and opened the box and first thing we saw was it came damaged! Trying to put in a refund request is a joke. They ask for pictures of the damage then all four sides of the box. When I provided them with what they needed they just kept asking for additional pictures they even asked for one from afar!!! I finally decided to talk to a customer service rep and when I asked for a refund she told me all I could get was a credit. NO NO NO!!! Please do not purchase anything from this company.

We placed an order on January 2. We were given an estimated delivery of January 16. The delivery kept getting pushed back. They contacted us and asked us if we wanted to add Something to our order… I don’t remember what it was but they ended up putting another hold on our account for almost $3000. Then we got another call about adding a special coating to our furniture and they said how much it would cost and I asked them if I could just pay that extra amount because they put a hold on our account For money that we already paid prior.. They said yes. I paid the amount they told me to pay and promised me they would not put a hold on our account.. They then put another hold on our account for over $3000. Even though I had already paid. It did not ship when it said it was going to ship. We Got lied to. . We contacted the company and we were told it was Being shipped from one of the Carolinas. One day we were told it already shipped in one day we were told it didn’t ship. They were all over the place. We were not contacted once I got to the delivery terminal. The furniture company told us that the delivery terminal would be contacting us And they didn’t. They were supposed to contact us by phone. Instead, we received a Text message with the link to schedule the delivery. We scheduled it for the 23rd. It said we would receive a text message the following day to confirm a time. On the 22nd is when we confirmed the time between 3 PM and 7 PM. They did not show up nor did they even give us a courtesy call saying they would not show up. We moved all of our old furniture out of our house Because the delivery was supposed to arrive. I contacted the furniture company and they told me they would contact the delivery terminal. I sent them another email that they flat out ignored. This company put several holes on our bank account, even after being told they wouldn’t… Also, they lied to us. They told us it was coming from one of the Carolinas and now that I finally got a tracking number from them after 23 Days, Come to find out it was shipped from Brooklyn, New York. So as I sit here on the 25th, I have absolutely no idea where our furniture is and when it is going to be Delivered. After spending while over $3000, we do not deserve to be treated this way. And to hold over $9k is crazy. I think the company should refund some of our money for all of the trouble. I think it’s very unprofessional to ignore customers And I also think it is very unprofessional to lie to Customers. This has been nothing but a headache since we placed the order. We will never order from this company again and I will not recommend Them to anyone!!!

Ordered Ashley design recliner. The armrest was extremely hard, not like the one in Ashley's showroom. I tried to return it. They want return delivery cost of $381.00 which includes restocking fee. I paid $605.00 for the recliner. They try to delay returns to run out the 1 month return policey and have you jumping through hoops like taking pictures of return item. Then they asked for a photo ID, why didn'tthey ask for an ID when I ordered it, scandalous. Do not shop 1 Stop Bedrooms. I order online alot, and never have I seen this type of service.
