1 FL FURNITURE

I’m honestly SO excited about my experience at FL Furniture in Jacksonville!! We didn’t have a couch and were desperate to get one right away, but instead of settling for something we weren’t 100% on, they gave us a loaner couch so we had something while we waited and could pick the one we really wanted from the catalog. I ended up getting a couch, ottoman, and TV console, and everything about the process was amazing. They delivered the loaner couch, ottoman, and TV console the SAME day! Delivery was super quick too for the couch, around 5 days, the prices were great, and the furniture they carry is truly top quality! I went to pretty much every furniture place nearby (and even drove a bit further because of their amazing reviews), and it was SO worth it. Shopping for furniture usually feels like a chore, but they made it fun and easy. Ezel and the team were so personable, professional, and genuinely cared. He truly takes pride in his business and delivers only excellence. It was above and beyond top notch service. Will recommend this business to everyone, and will be back when it’s time for an upgrade in our other furniture! I truly couldn’t recommend them enough!!

BEST. FURNITURE STORE. PERIOD! Thanks to Ezel, I have a sense of pride and a weight off my shoulders, because he’s helping make my house into a home. You want more peace of mind, wait until he starts making you a deal. There is such a large and diverse collection on the floor and it doesn’t stop there because Ezel, and his team, will go above and beyond that and deep into their catalogue to find what you love. His patience, kindness, and determination to help you find what you’re looking for is unmatched. With their help I’ve been able to find the furniture to build around the bed setup I already had and finish my bedroom.

We recently purchased bedroom furniture here and couldn't be happier witht the experience. The quality and style were excellent, the pricing was the BEST and we've been in several stores prior. I do appreciate they are a privately owned business with a wider catalog compared than what's displayed in the showroom. There were so many options to choose from. Overall, highly recommend this store for anyone looking for beautiful, well priced furniture and customer service!

Just want to a moment to recognize the owner of this company Ezel. He was amazing from the time we entered his store until the time we left. He never made us feel pressured into buying anything. Matter of fact right before we were gonna slide out card He seen my wife and I talking off to the side and he asked if everything was ok before just sliding our card for the merchandise the point im try.a make with this is that he made sure we were comfortable with our decision before just taking our money. He knew we were so undecided with wanting to do payments but he also knew how to be patient and gentle with us making our decision to do it. To top it all off he even threw in a couple things for free to help us feel better and we couldn't be more happier with our furniture. It was Def time for an upgrade and he helped us tremendously in our decision. Also his delivery guy's man they were freaking awesome as well. They were very careful bringing everything in and set it all up for us in no time at all. I believe it was Nathan the guy who was in charge of the whole set up he was great and so was thebithe gentleman (sorry didn't get his name). Moral of the story from start to finish I can tell this guy really cares about his customers and is not just some other sales guy he actually wants u to be happy with what U buy from him and the quality is next level. Thank U so much to Ezel and his team at 1 FL Furniture its no wonder y'all have been number in sales because y'all deserve it!!!
