Zeke and his crew are amazing! They perform all of my drain inspections. They are trustworthy, accurate, fairly priced and always show up on time. I’ll continue to keep ordering my drain inspections with Zoom Drain because I can trust that my clients are well taken care of with them.
Zeke at Zoom Drain was incredibly helpful in a very difficult situation. He is solution oriented, explains every detail of the issue and is meticulous in his job. Highly recommend if you have plumbing needs.
Zeke and his team are always there to help us out when we need them, I met Zeke about a year ago and his service is always impeccable and always gets the problem fixed no matter what it takes he's a great asset to our team and we're happy to continue using him to make sure our customers get the best service.
Hunter came out today to help us find out why the shower was filling up and not draining. He tried several methods to get to the clog culprit and found that some roots had invaded one of the pipes underground. He cleared the clogged drains, removed and replaced the toilet and left me feeling very confident about his work! He was a great guy, very personable and very polite, I would definitely recommend him for any of your clogged drain issues!!
Called that morning showed up that afternoon. Scott was very knowledgeable, worked on the shower drain until he got it cleared. It has never drained very well, I've lived here 16 years. Our shower works better than the day we moved in. Greatly appreciated
