From the consult to install, Kyle and the Buehler team did a stellar job. They pointed out areas where my previous HVAC unit was working inefficiently, and where there were areas of improvement. The price for a new unit was very competitive. Every person I talked to was knowledgeable and friendly, making me feel taken care of throughout the whole process. I would recommend Buehler's to everyone.
Well, 13 years was a good run with our A/C. Lightning may have hasted its end but thankfully we chose Buehler again and they did another great job building our new A/C unit. This is hot work. The team working on our new unit was there first thing in the morning as promised, the install went well and we were even able to use the free financing option. It's not cheap but they offer a great product, warranty was good and they're great to work with. Thanks again for making sure we stay cool Buehler!!!!
I called this company for the first time they sent the technician by the name of Jerry out and he was truly amazing. I had a company out before calling this company and the other company tried to rip me off for over $3000. Jerry came in there and the total price to get everything back up and running was $280.! Jerry was amazing and since he was so amazing, I’m going to be signing a maintenance contract with them. These guys are great.!!
Gary from Buehler was absolutely phenomenal. He replaced both of my water heaters and went above and beyond by also helping me sort out an issue with my water softener while he was here. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile. If you need plumbing work done right in the Jacksonville area, ask for Gary & go to Buehler — highly recommended!
My technician was Tyler Kemp and he did an awesome job! I called because my AC wasn't cooling all of the bedrooms and was struggling during the hottest part of the day. First, he fixed all the vents so they were facing towards the heated electronics, then he showed me all the dust that had collected on my AC unit, cleaned it thoroughly and was very polite and knowledgeable. I was previously using A/C designs and felt like I paid them to do absolutely nothing helpful. They never said anything about the vents or showed me the dust build up!! Very pleased with Buehler and will keep using their services in the future. Not sure what my other AC company was doing when they came, but very glad I switched 😃
