After a minor roof leak went unnoticed for months, we discovered mold forming along the attic plywood. We contacted This Company, and they quickly arranged an inspection. They recommended professional mold cleaning, mold removal and mold remediation services to fully resolve the issue. During the process, Justin explained how trapped moisture caused the mold growth and what steps the team would take. The technicians removed damaged insulation, cleaned the wooden surfaces, and treated the attic structure to prevent future mold problems. They were organized and respectful of our home while working. Once the job was finished, the attic looked much cleaner and the musty odor was gone. I appreciate the professionalism and thorough work they provided.
