Neligan Construction & Roofing, LLC

Neligan Construction and Roofing did an exemplary job on our new fiberglass shingle roof. The bid was fair, the work was superior, and the team met all our expectations. We highly recommend them for any roofing or construction needs. Ask for the Jan and Juan team.

We recently had our roof replaced by Neligan Construction and Roofing. They came highly recommended from family and friends, so we contacted them for an assessment and estimate. Nick provided us with a detailed outline of the process, recommendations and associated costs. They were in line with the other estimates we had received so the choice was easy. Their detailed communication and timeline were perfectly executed by Arden, her response time to my questions were excellent. The crew they had on site worked tirelessly to complete the removal and installation in a day and a half. Their clean up was also tremendous. The roof turned out better then we had hoped and the chimney repairs came out great. We will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them for your roof needs. Thanks to Brian, Angie and the entire Neligan team.

I can't say enough about Neligan. They gave me an estimate to repair 3 broken roof tiles but while they were there, they sealed EIGHT other cracks that I didn't know about! Great communication and a special thanks to Austin!

Highly recommend. Reliable and affordable...finished on time and within budget. Excellent clean up and care for my personal property! Very cost effective and I found them on Angie's List. They have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Excellent integrity...Owner stands behind his name and word!
