Duane and his staff are a class act! Dylan repaired and restored my A/C System yesterday to a beautiful working condition. Unfortunately, a different component malfunctioned later that day and it stopped working again. I contacted Duane and he and Dylan returned at 7:30pm to restore my service. After troublesooting, they discovered the malfuntioning component. They returned at 8am the next morning with new components and made all necessary repairs. My A/C is now working better than ever. They absolutely went above and beyond normal practice. I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the excellent service and professionalism I received. Suffice to say, I will most certainly use them exclusively! I highly recommend Zippy's for all your HVAC and ICE needs! So, do yourself a favor and call them... You will not be disappointed!
Duane has always been honest and helpful. Trustworthy and helpful even over the phone. He talked us through our issue today without needing further service- which we kindly appreciate as we have our hands full with 4 kids and two dogs. Thank you for being reasonably priced too!
The Team at Zippy’s has been amazing! They took great care and very thorough at my business locations. They were so great that I wanted them to check out my units at my home and my Mothers house. I can’t say enough about their great people. Dylan, Ethan, Aiden and the owner Duane. The most thorough and thoughtful to explain everything going on with my commercial and residential units. They are so knowledgeable and skilled to share all that information and I feel super confident about keeping up with any issues. Everything is running perfectly thanks to them in the heat of the summer. I want to thank Zippy’s for all their hard work in the heat. It made my employees and my family very comfortable.
